Breaking the rules

It's humpday. It's after one in the afternoon and I'm writing a blog post and I don't care if it's breaking any rules.

I confess...

+ Graduating and having to find a new job scares the shit out of me. Sure, the making more money part will be nice, but the fact that I'll have a new title with new responsibilities, and possibly new co-workers and new bosses is absolutely terrifying.

+ I didn't have to work or go to school yesterday or today and even though I say I'm going to be "productive" most of my time has been spent catching up on blogging, basking in the sun, and reading Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone.

+ I told myself I would wait to start HP from the beginning until after I finished school, but I'm three weeks early and I don't even care because I love it so much. Also, senioritis.

+ I still haven't gotten internet at my apartment yet and I still have to go to Panera Bread or Starbucks almost daily to get stuff done. At first it was a nuisance but now I kind of like it.

+ I am kind of a little bit dreading our upcoming vacation to central Florida. Sure, the vacation part will be nice, but I'll be spending 9 whole days with Derek's entire family (most of whom I've never met) and I"m sure we'll be doing lots of fun things, but my ideal vacation is an unplanned, unstructured, do-whatever-the-hell-I-want kind of vacation. Hopefully it won't be bad.

+ I can't stop looking at my pretty new design page

+ I'm trying a new workout class today (yoga for athletes) and I'm a little worried I'm going to make an ass out of myself.

+ I am still looking at the #engagement pictures on Instagram. Because, obviously, I am not #engaged yet. Is there someone I can talk to about this? Like professionally?

Go share your humpday confessions with Kathy from Vodka and Soda!

Whenever I have a day off I plan on being super productive but it rarely happens.

at this point I'd just love a job with a boss and co workers.

I love the new layout. Looking for a job can never be fun. I remember when I was graduating college I spend a good few months looking for something.
